ordered to pay a $500 fine.
Charreise Elizabeth
Lewandowski, 30,
Minnetonka, pled guilty March
9 to charges of driving while
impaired (DWI) on Feb. 12
and was sentenced to 30 days
in jail, stayed two years with
supervised probation and
conditions, and ordered to pay
a $500 fine plus court costs and
fees for a total of $590.
Gregory Glenn Bagdon, 28,
Thunder Bay, pled guilty March
9 to speeding (71/55) on Feb.
13, and was fined $150.
Lance Jeffrey Johnson, 47,
Grand Portage, pled guilty
March 9 to charges of driving
after cancellation on Nov. 22,
and was sentenced to 90 days
in jail, stayed two years with
supervised probation and
conditions. The sentence will
be served consecutively with
that imposed in another case.
