The Cook County News-Herald publishes Matters of Record to inform the public of arraignments and dispositions of criminal cases in which the potential punishment exceeds $150 and/or 10 days in jail. It is the Cook County News-Herald’s policy that this information contains a complete record. Requests for items to be withheld will not be granted.

David Edward Brown, 25, Grand Marais, pled
guilty Feb. 23 to charges of driving while intoxicated
(DWI) on Oct. 31, and was sentenced to 180 days in
jail, stayed two years with supervised probation and
conditions, and ordered to pay a $200 fine plus court
costs and fees for a total of $290.
Adam John Goering, 26, Grand Marais, pled
guilty Feb. 23 to charges of DWI on Jan. 7, and was
sentenced to 120 days in jail, stayed two years with
supervised probation and conditions, and ordered
to pay a $200 fine plus court costs and fees for a total
of $315.
Tyler Rosengren, 31, Berrien Springs, Mich., pled
guilty Feb. 25 to speeding (60/40) on Dec. 8, and was
fined $230.
Roberta L. Mattineau, 26, Thunder Bay, pled
guilty Feb. 28 to charges of speeding (70/55) on Dec.
18, and was fined $150.
