Kevin Dale Buck, 64, Duluth, Minnesota, pled guilty on June 27, 2023, to a petty misdemeanor of Traffic Speeding 61/40, on June 20, 2023. Fines and fees total $225.
Sheila Maxine Beleane, 68, Hovland, Minnesota, pled guilty on June 28, 2023, to a gross misdemeanor of Malicious Punishment of a Child with Less than Substantial Bodily Harm, on January 1, 2019. Sentenced to Local Confinement (364 Days Stayed for 2 Years, with credit for time served: 3 Days), two years of supervised adult probation, plus conditions of behavior including no contact with victim without approval from probation, and community service work. Fines and fees total $6085.
Colton Robert Deschampe, 29, Grand Marais, Minnesota, pled guilty on May 24, 2023, to a felony of Violating a No Contact Order Within 10 Years of the first of two or more convictions, on September 12, 2022. Sentenced on June 27, 2023, to the MN Correctional Facility in St. Cloud, Minnesota, for 28 months, (sentenced stayed for 5 years), Local Confinement (60 Days), five years of supervised adult probation and conditions of behavior. Fines and fees total $185.
MARRIAGE DISSOLUTION
A Dissolution of Marriage Judgment was granted to Nina M. McCune and Daniel O. Ladmirault (Co-petitioners), on June 28, 2023.
