Olesya Mikhylovna Demyanovskiy, 31, pled guilty April 3, 2023, to a petty misdemeanor of Driver Not Carrying Proof of Insurance when Operating a Vehicle, on October 9, 2022. Fines and fees total $285.
Forest Charles Wood Sr., 60, Duluth, Minnesota, pled guilty April 6, 2023, to two petty misdemeanors: 1) Driving without a valid license for vehicle class or type and 2) Failure to drive in single lane – Traffic Regulation Violation. Offenses occurred on December 11, 2020. Fines and fees total $235.
Jeri Vanessa Oswalt, 63, Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, convicted on April 10, 2023, of a petty misdemeanor: Driving After Suspension of License on January 16, 2023.

Robert William Jackson, 47, Grand Portage, Minnesota, pled guilty April 10, 2023, to a misdemeanor of Harassment – Violating a Restraining Order, on January 6, 2023.
