Samuel David Kent, 23, Moose Lake, Minnesota, pled guilty April 4, 2023, to two petty misdemeanors: 1) Driving without a valid license for vehicle class or type and 2) Possessing Over 1.4 grams Marijuana in a Motor Vehicle. Offenses occurred on May 4, 2020. Fines and fees total $335.

Teresa Marie Hahn, 37, Grand Portage, Minnesota, pled guilty April 2, 2023, to a petty misdemeanor of a Traffic Regulation violation – Require/Permit Offense by Another, on March 2, 2023. Fines and fees total $185.

Olesya Mikhylovna Demyanovskiy, 31, pled guilty April 3, 2023, to a petty misdemeanor of Driver Not Carrying Proof of Insurance when Operating a Vehicle, on October 9, 2022. Fines and fees total $285.

Forest Charles Wood Sr., 60, Duluth, Minnesota, pled guilty April 6, 2023, to two petty misdemeanors: 1) Driving without a valid license for vehicle class or type and 2) Failure to drive in single lane – Traffic Regulation Violation. Offenses occurred on December 11, 2020. Fines and fees total $235.

Jeri Vanessa Oswalt, 63, Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, convicted on April 10, 2023, of a petty misdemeanor: Driving After Suspension of License on January 16, 2023.

Fines and fees total $315.

Robert William Jackson, 47, Grand Portage, Minnesota, pled guilty April 10, 2023, to a misdemeanor of Harassment – Violating a Restraining Order, on January 6, 2023. Sentenced to Local Confinement (90 Days, Stayed for one year), one year of adult probation to the court, and conditions of behavior. Fines and fees total $260.

Gregory Allen Monson, 52, Isanti, Minnesota, pled guilty March 14, 2023, and was convicted and sentenced April 10, 2023, to a misdemeanor of Domestic Abuse – Violating an Order for Protection, on April 5, 2019. Sentenced to Local Confinement (90 Days, Stayed for one year with Credit for Time Served: 5 Days), one year of supervised adult probation, and conditions of behavior. Fines and fees total $685.

Alan Dean Hess, 65, Hopkins, Minnesota, pled guilty March 14, 2023, to two petty misdemeanors: 1) Operating a Snowmobile in a Careless/Reckless Manner and 2) Improper Crossing on a Snowmobile – Failure to Stop at Shoulder or Roadway. Offenses occurred on March 25, 2023. Fines and fees total $235.
