The Cook County News-Herald publishes Matters of Record to inform the public of arraignments and dispositions of criminal cases in which the punishment exceeds $150 and/or ten days in jail and/or includes one year of supervised adult probation. Christina Diane Haselow, 37, Silver Bay, Minnesota, pled guilty March 14, 2023, to a petty misdemeanor of No Proof of Motor Vehicle Insurance, on February 16, 2015 (date on record). Fines and fees total $290.

David Joseph Toutant, 38, Warwick, Quebec, Canada, convicted on March 14, 2023, of a petty misdemeanor: Violate a Condition or Fail to have a Special Permit in Possession on December 12, 2022. Fines and fees total $215.

Necati Ertekin, 41, Minneapolis, Minnesota, pled guilty on April 12, 2023, to a petty misdemeanor of Traffic Speeding 96/60 on April 8, 2023. Fines and fees total $385.

Marcus Daniel Cupello, 29, Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada, pled guilty on April 12, 2023, to two petty misdemeanors on December 31, 2022: Traffic Speeding 80/60, and No Minnesota Driver’s License. Fines and fees total $325.

Johnathan Joeseph Huskey, 19, Grand Marais, Minnesota, pled guilty on April 12, 2023, to two petty misdemeanors: Traffic Speeding 74/60 and Driver and/or Passengers must use seat belts. Incident occurred on March 8, 2023. Fines and fees total $160.
