Matters of Record


The Cook County News-Herald publishes Matters of Record to inform the public of arraignments and dispositions of criminal cases in which the punishment exceeds $150 and/or ten days in jail and/or includes one year of supervised adult probation. It is the Cook County News- Herald’s policy that this information contains a complete record. Requests for items to be withheld will not be granted.

Averie Lyn Pritchard, 19, Savage, Minnesota, pled guilty on March 3, 2023, to a petty misdemeanor of Traffic Speeding 80/60, on December 31, 2022. Fines and fees total $225.

Christopher Joseph Randazzo, 27, Stillwater, Minnesota, pled guilty on February 17, 2023, to two petty misdemeanors: Transportation of Loaded Firearm for Hunting on November 5, 2023, and Traffic Speeding 74/60 on December 19, 2023. Fines and fees total $320.

Ronald Lee Christenson, 72, Waconia, Minnesota, pled guilty on March 8, 2023, to a petty misdemeanor of Traffic Speeding 65/40 on February 21, 2023. Fines and fees total $225.

Jacob Benjamin Lenger, 21, Laurium, Michigan, pled guilty on February 28, 2023, to a petty misdemeanor of Traffic Speeding 80/60 on February 16, 2023. Fines and fees total $225.

Joel Christian Lenger, 21, Lake Linden, Michigan, pled guilty on February 28, 2023, to a petty misdemeanor of Traffic Speeding 80/60 on February 16, 2023. Fines and fees total $225.
