William Alfred Schmidthuber, 55, Le Center, Minnesota, pled guilty on December 27, 2022, to a misdemeanor of DWI – Operating a Motor Vehicle with an Alcohol Concentration above 0.08 within two hours of the offense on November 19, 2022. Sentenced to Local Confinement (60 Days stayed for one year), one year of Adult Probation to the Court, and conditions of behavior. Fines and fees total $2085.
Kenneth Arden Reeves, 49, Long Lake, Minnesota, pled guilty on December 28, 2022, to a gross misdemeanor of DWI – Third Degree Driving While Impaired with One Aggravating Factor, on September 24, 2022. Sentenced to Local Confinement (180 Days stayed for two years), two years of supervised Adult Probation, and conditions of behavior. Fines and fees total $2085.
James Lee, 35, Minneapolis, Minnesota, pled guilty January 2, 2023, to a petty misdemeanor of Traffic Speeding 82/60 on December 2, 2022. Fines and fees total $225.
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
A Dissolution of Marriage Judgement was granted to Karen Christine Kritta and David Morse Saethre on December 14, 2022.
