The Cook County News-Herald publishes Matters of Record to inform the public of arraignments and dispositions of criminal cases in which the punishment exceeds $150 and/or ten days in jail and/or includes one year of supervised adult probation. It is the Cook County News-Herald’s policy that this information contains a complete record. Requests for items to be withheld will not be granted.
Jeremy David Radcliffe, 41, Springhill, Nova Scotia, Canada, was convicted of two petty misdemeanors on September 2, 2022: 1) Drugs – Possessing Over 1.4 Grams of Marijuana in a Motor Vehicle, and 2) Drugs – Possession of Drug Paraphernalia that is Prohibited. Offenses occurred on December 21, 2021. Court Decision was Payable without appearance. Fines and fees total $570.
Jeffrey Brian Linden, 48, Two Harbors, Minnesota, pled guilty on September 6, 2022, to a misdemeanor of Violating a Vehicle Forest Product Permit – Exceeding Gross Weight Limit, on July 18, 2022. Fines and fees total $1085.
Vijay Kumar Siddaiah, 32, Minneapolis, Minnesota, pled guilty on September 6, 2022, to a petty misdemeanor of Traffic Speeding 75/40 on August 27, 2022. Fines and fees total $385.
