The Cook County News-Herald publishes Matters of Record to inform the public of arraignments and dispositions of criminal cases in which the punishment exceeds $150 and/or ten days in jail and/or includes one year of supervised adult probation. It is the Cook County News-Herald’s policy that this information contains a complete record. Requests for items to be withheld will not be granted.

Nicholas Allen Booker, 28, Missoula, Montana, entered an Amended Plea of guilty on May 10, 2021, to a misdemeanor of Domestic Assault – Causing Fear, on February 14, 2021. The Court Decision was Continued on June 28, 2021. The Amended Disposition was Dismissed due to Conditions being Met or Expired on July 13, 2022. Requirements included two years of supervised adult probation and conditions of behavior.

Dixon Scott Gimpel, 57, Prior Lake, Minnesota, pled guilty on June 13, 2022, to a gross misdemeanor of DWI – Operating a Motor Vehicle with blood Alcohol Concentration higher than 0.08 Within 2 Hours of the incident on January 27, 2022. Disposition was Convicted on June 27, 2022. An Amended Court Decision on July 26, 2022, included this Sentence: Local Confinement (180 Days Stayed for Two Years), two years of supervised adult probation, and conditions of behavior. Thirty Days of Local Confinement can be served with Home Detention/Electronic Monitoring or 1 Year ignition interlock. Fines and fees total $2085.

Ashley Marie Reff, 34, Duluth, Minnesota, pled guilty on July 27, 2022, to a misdemeanor of Disorderly Conduct – Brawling or Fighting, on March 9, 2022. Sentenced to Local Confinement (8 Days with Credit for time served: 8 Days). Fines and fees total $185.

Cullen Whitacker Sloan, 20, Eden Prairie, Minnesota, pled guilty to a petty misdemeanor on July 30, 2022, to Traffic Speeding 63/40 on July 15, 2022. Fines and fees total $225.

Conan Lewis Moore, 45, Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada, pled guilty on July 29, 2022, to Traffic Speeding 69/40 on April 23, 2022. Fines and fees total $285.

Zeishe Ostreicher, 41, Montreal, Quebec, Canada, pled guilty on August 1, 2022, to two petty misdemeanors: 1) Traffic Speeding 92/60 on June 14, 2022, and 2) Traffic Speeding 71/60 on June 15, 2022. Fines and fees total $520.

Wayne David Duban, 42, Faribault, Minnesota, pled guilty on August 2, 2022, to a petty misdemeanor of Traffic Speeding 66/40 on July 5, 2022. Fines and fees total $285.

Jorge Alberto Samper-Zelaya, 43, Cottage Grove, Minnesota, pled guilty on August 3, 2022, to a petty misdemeanor of Traffic Speeding 62/40 on June 19, 2022. Fines and fees total $225.

Greg Roger Beyer, 60, Buffalo, Minnesota, pled guilty on August 3, 2022, to a petty misdemeanor of Traffic Speeding 63/40 on June 30, 2022. Fines and fees total $225.

Waylon James Christensen, 42, Schroeder, Minnesota, entered an Amended Plea on February 22, 2021, of guilty to a misdemeanor of Domestic Assault – Bodily Harm, on January 10, 2021. The Amended Disposition on August 8, 2022, was Dismissed due to Conditions being Met or Expired. Court Decision on April 12, 2021 was Continued. Requirements included two years supervised adult probation and conditions of behavior.

Robert Bruce Kinsey II, 45, Blaine, Minnesota, pled guilty on August 10, 2022, to a petty misdemeanor of Taking Fish Without an Angling License (Fish and Game) on July 29, 2022. Fines and fees total $185.

Matthew James Dooley, 29, Westfield, Indiana, pled guilty on August 10, 2022, to a petty misdemeanor of Traffic Speeding 82/60 on June 3, 2022. Fines and fees total $225.
