Slade William Mangen-Johnson, 20, Columbia Heights, Minnesota, pled guilty on July 9, 2022, to two petty misdemeanors: 1) Less than or equal to 1.4 grams of Marijuana in Motor Vehicle (Driver/Owner/ Passenger) and 2) Window Restrictions – Windshield was Tinted or Glazed. Violations occurred on July 1, 2022. Fines and fees total $185.

Lucas Corby Niemeyer, 26, Minneapolis, Minnesota, pled guilty on July 9, 2022, to a petty misdemeanor of Traffic Speeding 66/40 on May 26, 2022. Fines and fees total $285.

Shawn Tyler Stutzka, 32, Grand Marais, Minnesota, pled guilty on July 9, 2022, to two petty misdemeanors: 1) Traffic Speeding 65/55, and 2) No Proof of Motor Vehicle Insurance, on July 13, 2017 (date on record). Fines and fees total $330.

Megan Ashley Ryan, 27, Lake in the Hills, Illinois, pled guilty on July 8, 2022, to a petty misdemeanor of Traffic Speeding 62/40 on July 5, 2022. Fines and fees total $225.
