Teresa Marie Buchta, 44, Zimmerman, Minnesota, pled guilty on May 25, 2022, to two petty misdemeanors: 1) Traffic Speeding 74/60 and 2) Expired Vehicle Registration, on May 9, 2022. Fines and fees total $165.
John Robert Stone, 73, Grand Marais, Minnesota, pled guilty on May 26, 2022, to Traffic Speeding in a School Zone 29/20 on May 24, 2022. Fines and fees total $165.
Christopher Curtis Downing, 56, Vadnais Heights, Minnesota, entered an amended plea of guilty on November 24, 2020, to a misdemeanor of DWI – Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol on December 31, 2019. The Amended Court Decision was Continued on November 24, 2020, and an Amended Disposition was Dismissed on May 27, 2022, because Conditions were Met or Expired. Requirements included one year of unsupervised adult probation, conditions of behavior, with fines and fees totaling $1000. Downing also pled guilty on November 24, 2020, to a petty misdemeanor of Careless Driving – Operating a Vehicle carelessly on a street or highway on December 31, 2019. Fines and fees totaled $285 for that offense.
Michael Thomas Harley, 52, Saint Paul, Minnesota, pled guilty on June 1, 2022, to a petty misdemeanor of Taking Fish in Waters Seasonally Closed to Taking Fish on May 21, 2022. Fines and fees total $185.
Mehdi Patrick Harley, 22, Saint Paul, Minnesota, pled guilty on June 8, 2022, to a petty misdemeanor of Taking Fish in Waters Seasonally Closed to Taking Fish on May 21, 2022. Fines and fees total $185.
Warren James Linc, 74, Crystal, Minnesota, pled guilty on June 1, 2022, to a petty misdemeanor of Traffic Speeding 64/40 on May 26, 2022. Fines and fees total $225.
