punishment exceeds $150 and/or 10 days in jail. It
is the Cook County News-Herald’s policy that this
information contains a complete record. Requests for
items to be withheld will not be granted.
David Arthur Shephard,
80, Thunder Bay, pled guilty Nov. 2 to speeding (74/55) on Sept. 25, and was fined $150.
Lee Michael DeCiantis,
25, Ontario, pled guilty Oct. 26 to possession of a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia on July 26, and was fined $190.
Cruzaldo Fabiana Sison,
48, Riverside, Calif., pled guilty Oct. 26 to possession of a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia on July 19, and was fined $190.
Nicholas Steven Kowalczyk,
21, Thunder Bay, pled guilty Oct. 20 to charges of possession of drugs (phencyclidine/hallucinogen 10 or more doses) and drug paraphernalia filed Oct. 1. Sentenced to four years of supervised probation with conditions and ordered to pay a $2,000 fine plus court costs and fees for a total of $2,090. Kowalczyk also served 30 days in the county jail, and successful completion of probation will result in a dismissal.
Gerald Lyle Shepersky,
50, Two Harbors, pled guilty Oct. 20 to speeding (75/55) and no health card on April 29, and was fined $330.
Laurence Donald Montan Jr.,
54, Eden Prairie, pled guilty Nov. 1 to speeding (60/40) on Oct. 9, and was fined $230.
Mark R. Frahm,
46, Oswego, Ill., pled guilty Nov. 1 to speeding (81/55) on July 24, and was fined $290.
Bradley Mitchell Deschampe,
21, Grand Portage, pled guilty Oct. 19 to felony charges of controlled substance violation on April 24, the court having dismissed an additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. A statutory stay of adjudication was granted Nov. 3, with three years supervised probation and conditions.
Clarence Ellwood Everson,
62, Grand Portage, pled guilty Oct. 20 to charges of DUI filed Sept. 17, and a stay of adjudication was granted. Sentenced Nov. 3 to three years of supervised probation with conditions, and ordered to pay a $500 fine plus court costs and fees for a total of $525.
Connie Lynn Gabrick,
50, Lakeville, pled guilty Nov. 3 to speeding (65/55) on Oct. 9, and was fined $230.
