Nicholas Charles Adler, 26, Columbia Heights, Minnesota, pled guilty on February 17, 2022, to three petty misdemeanors: 1) Careless Driving – Operating a vehicle carelessly on a street or highway, 2) Operating a Motor Vehicle after License was Suspended, Revoked, or Canceled, and 3) Traffic Speeding 75/60. Offenses occurred on June 2, 2021. Fines and fees total $445.
Andrew Donald Knott, 31, Owatonna, Minnesota, pled not guilty on January 11, 2021, but was convicted on December 10, 2021, of two felonies and one gross misdemeanor: 1) Felony of 3rd Degree Criminal Sex with a mentally impaired or helpless victim, 2) Felony of 4th Degree Criminal Sex with a mentally impaired or helpless victim, and 3) Gross Misdemeanor of 5th Degree – Non-Consensual Sex Contact. All offenses were committed on January 25, 2020. Sentenced on February 28, 2022, to Local Confinement (365 Days with credit for time served: 84 Days) and to 48 months at the Adult MN Correctional Facility in St. Cloud. Sentence also included conditions of behavior and required Predatory Offender registration. Fines and fees total $185.
Jesse Michael Harkness, 29, Beaver Bay, Minnesota, pled guilty on March 1, 2022, to two petty misdemeanors: 1) Driving after Revocation of License and 2) Not Wearing Seat Belt – Driver and Passengers must use seat belts. Offenses occurred on August 11, 2021. Fines and fees total $310.
William Jefferson V Giles, 28, Lakeville, Minnesota, pled guilty on March 4, 2022, to two petty misdemeanors: 1) Traffic Speeding 65/60 and 2) Driving after Suspension of License, on February 26, 2022. Fines and fees total $325.
