Jennifer April Meshake, 37, Grand Portage, Minnesota, pled guilty on November 22, 2021, to a misdemeanor of DWI, Driving While Impaired, Operating a Motor Vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration higher than 0.08 within two hours of the incident on July 6, 2021. Sentenced to local confinement (60 days stayed for one year), one year probation to the court and conditions of behavior. Fines and fees total $2185.
Curry Richard Thompson, 49, Schroeder, Minnesota, pled guilty on November 22, 2021, to a gross misdemeanor of DWI, Driving While Impaired, Third Degree with one Aggravating Factor, on July 4, 2021. Sentenced to local confinement (180 days stayed for two years), two years supervised adult probation, local confinement (30 days that can be served with Home Detention Electronic Monitoring, or Interlock ignition for one year), and conditions of behavior. Fines and fees total $2085.
Sarah O’Shea Viers, 28, Saint Louis, Missouri, pled guilty on November 22, 2021, to a petty misdemeanor of Traffic Speeding 60/40 on September 12, 2021. Fines and fees total $225.
Cherie Ann Salden, 55, Oakdale, Minnesota, pled guilty on November 27, 2021 to a petty misdemeanor of Traffic Speeding 80/60 on November 14, 2021. Fines and fees total $225.
