Tyler Wilson Drake,
21, Eden Prairie, pled guilty Oct. 20 to speeding (64/45) and was fined $150.
Jacob Tyler Kelahan,
20, Grand Marais, pled guilty Oct. 20 to criminal damage to property on Oct. 16, and was ordered to serve 90 days in jail. The time may be served concurrently with that imposed on another case.
Wayne Christopher Olson,
44, Tofte, pled guilty Oct. 20 to charges of driving under the influence (DUI – refusal to test) filed Sept. 13. Sentenced to one year in jail, stayed two years with supervised probation and conditions, and ordered to pay a $500 fine plus court costs and fees for a total of $615.
Paul Martin Peterson,
50, St. Paul, pled guilty Oct. 20 to charges of DUI filed Aug. 4. Sentenced to 45 days in jail, stayed two years with supervised probation and conditions, and ordered to pay a $300 fine plus court costs and fees for a total of $390.
Brad Michael Williams,
34, Duluth, pled guilty Sept. 22 to charges of DWI and fleeing a peace officerfiled July 16. Sentenced Oct. 20 to 180 days in jail, stayed two years with supervised probation and conditions, and ordered to pay a $500 fine plus court costs and fees for a total of $590.
Matthew Charles Blake,
32, Cass Lake, pled guilty Oct. 21 to charges of speeding and driving after suspension filed Dec. 10, 2006; driving after suspension and no proof of insurance filed June 25, 2008; and driving after suspension on Jan. 29, 2007. Ordered to pay fines plus court costs and fees totaling $819.
John Fitzgrald,
73, Newfoundland, pled guilty Oct. 21 to speeding (72/55) on Sept. 22, and was fined $150.
Michael Patrick McGinn,
27, Eagan, pled guilty Oct. 21 to speeding (76/55) on June 27, and was fined $230.
Jesse James Morris,
24, Beaver Bay, pled guilty Oct. 21 to no proof of insurance on Feb. 19, and was fined $290.
Todd Keith Snavely,
40, Wentville, Mo., pled guilty Oct. 21 to speeding (72/55) on June 30, and was fined $150.
Adam Jonathan Engweiler,
36, Muskegon, Mich., pled guilty Oct. 22 to a DNR hunting violation (transportation of firearms), and was fined $190.
David Michael Schneider,
26, Eden Prairie, pled guilty Oct. 22 to speeding (90/55) on Dec. 31, 2008, an additional charge of no proof of insurance having been dismissed by the court. Ordered to pay a $300 fine plus court costs for a total of $390.
