Matthew Nicholas Manson, 33, East Bethel, Minnesota, pled guilty on October 15, 2021, to a petty misdemeanor of Transportation of Loaded Firearms (for hunting) on September 19, 2021. Fines and fees total $185.
Donald Lewis Olson, 60, Grand Portage, Minnesota, pled guilty on October 20, 2021, to a petty misdemeanor of Failing to Yield to Pedestrian in Crosswalk while Driving (No Traffic Signals) on August 13, 2021. Fines and fees total $185.
Joseph Ronald Pagenkopf, 38, Danbury, Wisconsin, pled guilty on September 27, 2021, to a gross misdemeanor of 3rd Degree DWI – Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol, on May 16, 2021. Sentenced on October 25, 2021, to local confinement (180 days, stayed two years with credit for time served: three days), two years of supervised adult probation, and conditions of behavior. Fines and fees total $3085.
Skyler Chase Wilson, 20, Grand Marais, Minnesota, pled guilty to two misdemeanors on October 25, 2021. One misdemeanor was Disorderly Conduct (Offensive/ Abusive/Boisterous/Noisy/Obscene) and the other misdemeanor was Liquor Consumption by a person under the age of 21. Incidents occurred on August 18, 2021. Concurrent sentences included local confinement (30 days stayed for one year), one year of supervised adult probation, and conditions of behavior. Fines and fees total $760.
Katrina Lei Oliver, 25, Duluth, Minnesota, pled guilty on October 13, 2021, to three petty misdemeanors that occurred on August 26, 2021: 1) Traffic Speeding 74/60, 2) Driving After Suspension of License, and 3) No Proof of Motor Vehicle Insurance. Fines and fees total $535.
