Matters of Record


The Cook County News-Herald publishes Matters of Record to inform the public of arraignments and dispositions of criminal cases in which the potential punishment exceeds $150 and/or ten days in jail. It is the Cook County News- Herald’s policy that this information contains a complete record. Requests for items to be withheld will not be granted.

Anthony Michael Bridgeman, 27, Minneapolis, Minnesota, pled guilty on September 17, 2021, to a petty misdemeanor of Traffic Speeding 65/40 on March 17, 2021. Fines and fees total $205.

Nicholas Keith Petroff, 62, Mesa, Arizona, pled guilty on September 17, 2021, to a petty misdemeanor of Traffic Speeding 70/45 on September 11, 2021. Fines and fees total $225.

Marty Lynn Ingram, 63, Barnum, Minnesota, was convicted and sentenced on September 17, 2021, to a misdemeanor of Taking Wild Animals while license privileges were revoked (Hunting/Fishing) and a petty misdemeanor of Taking Fish without an angling license (Fish and Game) on January 23, 2021. Fines and fees total $985.

Maxwell David Bicanich, 23, Duluth, Minnesota, and Keegan Edward Dwyer, 25, Duluth, Minnesota, and Erica Rayn Weisberg, 23, Grand Marais, Minnesota

In February and March 2021, received Amended Dispositions: Dismissed, Conditions Met or Expired concerning three misdemeanor charges of Intentional Damage to Property, Trespassing (Occupying/Entering) a Locked/Posted Dwelling, and Violating an Emergency Powers rule, plus one petty misdemeanor charge of Unlawful Deposit of Garbage. Offenses occurred on April 19, 2020. Requirements included six months unsupervised adult probation, no trespassing, and payment of Restitution in the total amount of $11,439.18.

Mark Robert Enright, 56, unknown address, received an Amended Disposition: Dismissed, Conditions Met or Expired on August 27, 2021, concerning a Theft charge ($500 or less) that occurred on March 28, 2016. Requirements included one year of supervised adult probation, and payment of Restitution $210.

Jeffrey Scott Suck, 50, Grand Marais, Minnesota, pled guilty to two petty misdemeanors on September 22, 2021: Fire Burning During a Burning Ban (Forestry- Wild Fire Prevention) and Careless or Negligent Acts on August 10, 2021. Fines and fees total $285.
