Jeri Vanessa Oswalt, 62, Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, pled guilty on July 22, 2021, to a petty misdemeanor of Driving After Suspension of Driver’s License on June 6, 2021. Fines and fees total $285.
Bert Martin Bockovich, 56, Grand Marais, Minnesota, convicted on July 26, 2021, of a misdemeanor, 4th Degree DWI – Operating a Snowmobile or ATV Under Influence of Alcohol on May 30, 2021. Sentenced to local confinement (60 Days stayed for one year), one year of unsupervised adult probation and conditions of behavior. Fines and fees total $2085.
Austin Terry Oullis, 33, Grand Marais, Minnesota, charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree (Felony) on February 1, 2020. Amended Disposition on July 26, 2021, was that charges were Dismissed, Conditions were met or Expired. Requirements were local confinement (two days with credit for two days served), one year supervised adult probation and conditions of behavior. Fines and fees totaled $1250.
