Kyler Ray Belich,
18, Grand Marais, pled guilty Oct. 6 to felony charges of drug possession filed July 7, the court having dismissed two similar charges. Sentenced to 120 days in jail and three years supervised probation with conditions, and ordered to pay fines and court costs totaling $215.
Branden Norman Mitchell,
29, Silver Bay, pled guilty Oct. 6 to charges of DUI filed Sept. 20, and was sentenced to one year in jail, stayed two years with supervised probation and conditions, and ordered to pay court costs and fees totaling $490.
Pamela Jean Niessen,
51, Grand Marais, pled guilty Sept. 22 to charges of DWI filed Sept. Aug. 5. Sentenced Oct. 6 to 45 days in jail, stayed two years with supervised probation and conditions, and ordered to pay a $500 fine plus costs and fees for a total of $690.
Joseph Victor Thompson,
39, Grand Marais, pled guilty Oct. 6 to speeding (84/55) on Aug. 6, and was fined $290.
David Rene Hull,
38, Grand Portage, pled guilty Sept. 22 to charges of DWI filed April 24, and was sentenced Oct. 6 to 120 days in jail, stayed two years with supervised probation and conditions, and ordered to pay a $500 fine plus court costs for a total of $695.
David F. McEwan,
59, Thunder Bay, pled guilty Oct. 8 to speeding (76/55) on Sept. 5, and was fined $230.
Dustin John Nelson,
27, Schroeder, pled guilty Oct. 8 to open bottle (traffic) on Aug. 21, and was fined $190.
Robert Jonathon James,
28, Grand Portage, pled guilty Oct. 12 to charges of disorderly conduct and damage to property filed April 22, the court having dismissed additional charges of interference with emergency calls and domestic assault. Sentenced to one year of probation and ordered to pay a $200 fine plus court fees for a total of $290.
John A. McWilliams,
37, Grand Marais, pled guilty Oct. 12 to charges of domestic assault filed July 5, the court having dismissed an additional charge of third-degree assault. Sentenced to one year probation with conditions and ordered to pay a $50 fine.
