Guage Lucas Lyndel Ming, 19, Grand Portage, Minnesota, pled guilty on April 16, 2021, to two petty misdemeanors: 1) Operating a vehicle without proof of insurance and 2) driving without vehicle lights between sunset and sunrise, on July 9, 2020. Fines and fees total $325.
Julie Pham Ly, 21, West Fargo, North Dakota, pled guilty on April 19, 2021, to a petty misdemeanor of traffic speeding 81/60 on March 16, 2021. Fines and fees total $225.
Nicholas Paul Wiegele, 23, Hovland, Minnesota, pled guilty on April 22, 2021, to six petty misdemeanors including driving with no proof of insurance on August 5, 2016. Four petty misdemeanors occurred on September 7, 2016: 1) possession or use of drug paraphernalia, 2) driving with expired motor vehicle registration tabs, 3) driving after suspension of license, and 4) underage possession of liquor. The most recent offense was driving after revocation of license on February 21, 2017. Fines and fees total $1050.
