Timothy Horace Lamb, 53, Schroeder, Minnesota, pled guilty on March 8, 2021, to a petty misdemeanor of Disorderly Conduct: offensive, abusive, boisterous, noisy, obscene behavior. Offense occurred on January 11, 2021. Fines and fees total $185.
Cedric Joseph Rock, 20, Grand Marais, Minnesota, pled guilty on February 10, 2021, to a petty misdemeanor of liquor consumption by a person under the age of 21. Offense occurred on December 8, 2020. Fines and fees total $185.
James Mydland Sulerud, 75, Chaska, Minnesota, pled guilty on February 8, 2021, to a gross misdemeanor of DWI (Third Degree Driving While Impaired) on October 14, 2020. Sentenced to local confinement (180 days stayed for two years), two years of supervised adult probation, and conditions of behavior. Thirty days of local confinement can be served on EHM (Electronic Home Monitor) or one year ignition interlock. Fines and fees total $3110.
