Sonja Ingaborg McCollum,
34, Bemidji, pled guilty Sept. 23 to vehicle windows restrictions violation (tint too dark) on Aug. 27, and was ordered to pay fines and court costs totaling $230.

John Kazuo Matsuura,
60, St. Cloud, pled guilty Sept. 28 to speeding (60/45) on Sept. 13, and was fined $150.

Patricia Anne Walker,
74, Dallas, Texas, pled guilty Sept. 28 to speeding (82/55) on Sept. 10, and was fined $290.

Samuel Stephen Crowley,
20, Schroeder, pled guilty Sept. 29 to liquor consumption by persons under 21 on Aug. 21, and was fined $190.

Nancy Neenan Michaels,
58, Minneapolis, pled guilty Sept. 30 to speeding (75/55) on Sept. 11, and was fined $160.

Sydney Alexandria Smith,
23, Thunder Bay, pled guilty Sept. 30 to speeding (74/55) on Sept. 6, and was fined $150.

Schroeder juvenile,
16, pled guilty Oct. 4 to speeding (59/40) on Sept. 25, and was fined $150.

Colin Scott King, 29,
Thunder Bay, pled guilty Oct. 4 to speeding (74/55) on July 5, and was fined $150.

Cedar James Denny,
23, Minneapolis, pled guilty Sept. 22 to charges of criminal sex conduct (third degree – force or coercion) filed Nov. 14, 2008, and was sentenced to one year in the Northeast Regional Corrections Center, Saginaw, and ordered to pay fines and court costs totaling $140.

Daniel Achneepineskum,
27, Grand Portage, pled guilty Sept. 22 to charges of domestic assault filed May 14, the court having dismissed an additional charge of assault. Sentenced to 90 days in the county jail, stayed two years with supervised probation and conditions, and ordered to pay a fine plus court costs and fees totaling $140.

Kevin Anders Lampi,
21, Duluth, pled guilty Sept. 22 to charges of driving while intoxicated (DWI) filed Sept. 7, the court having dismissed an additional charge of driving an uninsured vehicle. Sentenced to 30 days in the county jail, stayed two years with supervised probation and conditions, and ordered to pay a $500 fine plus court costs and fees for a total of $615.

Matthew A.J. Kazmierczak,
29, Victoria, B.C., pled guilty Aug. 30 to charges of DWI filed May 14. Sentenced to 90 days in jail, stayed two years with probation and conditions, and ordered to pay a $500 fine plus court costs and fees for a total of $590.

Gage Robert Runningen,
20, Grand Marais, pled guilty Sept. 22 to charges of DWI filed April 19, the court having dismissed additional charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and open bottle. Sentenced to 90 days in jail, stayed two years with supervised probation and conditions, and ordered to pay a $500 fine plus court costs and fees for a total of $615.

Anthony Poyirier,
24, Grand Marais, pled guilty Aug. 3 to felony charges of possession of drugs filed July 11. Sentenced Oct. 5 to 120 days in jail and placed on supervised probation for three years with conditions, and ordered to pay a $50 fine plus court costs for a total of $140.

Pierre Wayne Sherer,
27, Grand Portage, pled guilty Sept. 21, 2005 to charges of burglary committed March 25, 2005. Under the terms of an amended court decision Oct. 5, Sherer was placed on one year supervised probation with conditions, sentenced to 30 days in the county jail, and ordered to pay $28,065.31 restitution.

Martin Jesse Huber,
24, Coon Rapids, pled guilty Oct. 5 to charges of driving after suspension on Aug. 7, and was fined $290.
