It is the Cook County News-Herald’s policy that this information contains a complete record. Requests for items to be withheld will not be granted.
Curtis Gene Everson, 41, Grand Marais, Minnesota, pled guilty on December 21, 2020, to a misdemeanor of Disorderly Conduct (offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene behavior) on September 9, 2020. Convicted and Sentenced on January 25, 2021, to local confinement (60 days stayed for one year), one year of supervised adult probation, and conditions of behavior. Fines and fees total $185 with possible restitution of $302.38.
Curtis Gene Everson, 41, Grand Marais, Minnesota, pled guilty on December 21, 2020, to a gross misdemeanor of Third Degree DWI on October 21, 2020. Convicted and Sentenced to 180 days local confinement (stayed for two years with credit for seven days served), two years of supervised adult probation, and conditions of behavior. Thirty days of local confinement can be served with an electronic monitor or one year ignition lock. Fines and fees total $2160.
Desire Kaylee Gordon, 20, Superior, Wisconsin, pled guilty on January 25, 2021, to a petty misdemeanor of Driving after Suspension of a driver’s license. Fines and fees total $285.
Dean Allen Berglund, 58, Grand Marais, Minnesota, pled guilty on January 25, 2021, to a petty misdemeanor of permitting Unlawful Operation of an ATV – Prohibitions on Youthful Operators on November 25, 2020. Fines and fees total $185.
Thomas Melvin Scheirer Jr., 39, Ely, Minnesota, pled guilty on January 27, 2021, to a petty misdemeanor of Prohibited Hunting with Use of Motor Vehicle to Chase Wild Animals on December 10, 2020. Fines and fees total $285.
