Tanner Luke Johnson, 28, Minnetonka, Minnesota, pled guilty on September 11, 2020, to a misdemeanor of driving while impaired in the fourth degree (.08 within two hours) on February 2, 2020. Sentenced to local confinement (60 days, stayed one year with two days credit time served), one year unsupervised adult probation, and conditions of behavior. Fines and fees total $2085.

Vanessa Paige Melander, 33, Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, pled guilty on November 26, 2018, to a gross misdemeanor of third degree damage to property (reduced value $501-$1000) on September 20, 2018. Sentenced to two years, nine months, and 26 days of supervised adult probation, six days local confinement (with six days credit time served), payment of restitution, and conditions of behavior. Fines and fees total $765.

Orin Austin Rubin, 30, Minneapolis, Minnesota, pled guilty on September 21, 2020, to traffic speeding 65/45 on August 23, 2020. Fines and fees total $225.

Daniel David Gregory, 41, Rogers, Minnesota, pled guilty on September 23, 2020, to a petty misdemeanor of permitting unlawful operation of an ATV by a young person on September 4, 2020. Fines and fees total $185.

Brent Thomas Rice, 27, Excelsior, Minnesota, pled guilty on September 23, 2020, to a petty misdemeanor of speeding 52/30 in a special zone set by the commissioner on August 14, 2020. Fines and fees total $225.
