Sheila Culp Blackmon, 49, Superior, Wisconsin, pled guilty June 24 to petty misdemeanors
of traffic speeding 74/55 and Driving After Suspension of license on August 27, 2015. Fines
and fees total $350.
Amanda Lynne Parsons, 22, Hugo, Minnesota. Four misdemeanor charges Continued for
Dismissal on June 24 with payment of restitution required. Offenses occurred on April 19:
intentional damage to property, trespass/entering locked dwelling, violating an emergency
powers or rule, and unlawful deposit of garbage. Restitution is $11,439.18.
Jack David Wieben, 22, Grand Marais, Minnesota, pled guilty on June 25 to three petty
misdemeanors: traffic speeding 44/30, driver who is not owner unable to produce proof of
insurance, and operating a vehicle with expired registration. Offenses occurred on June 11.
Fines and fees total $365.
Adam John Timmerman, 22, Flower Mound, Texas, pled guilty on June 28 to a petty misdemeanor of traffic speeding 65/40 on June 23. Fines and fees total $225.
Joseph Marcel Daniel Dufresne, 64, incomplete address, pled guilty on December 27,
2016, to a felony of possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree on September
22, 2016. Court decision was Continued on December 27, 2016. Amended Disposition on
June 29, 2020: charges dismissed due to conditions being met or expired. Fees charged for
Prosecution Costs are $2000.00.
