Dominique M. Davis, 36, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, pled guilty January 3 to a misdemeanor of theft-by-swindle on February 15, 2019. Court decision on March 10: sentenced to one year of probation to the court and payment of restitution. Fines and fees total $100. Restitution is $500.
Trusen James-Ray Gordon, 19, Grand Portage, Minnesota, pled guilty January 28 to a felony of burglary in the first degree: dwelling occupied, non-accomplice present. Crime committed on December 14, 2019. Court decision on March 9 assigns three years of supervised probation, conditions of behavior, payment of restitution, and 300 hours of community service work. Restitution is $586.96.
Mark Ryan Danielson, 45, Grand Marais, Minnesota, pled guilty on July 9, 2018, to a gross misdemeanor of driving while impaired (DWI) in the third degree (schedule I or II controlled substance) on November 11, 2016. Convicted on August 13, 2018. Amended court decision on March 9: 180 days local confinement (stayed 180 days for 2 years if conditions of probation are met), two years, three months and 26 days supervised probation, conditions of behavior, compliance with ignition interlock program or serve 30 days in Cook County jail or 30 days electronic home monitoring (EHM). Fines and fees total $1090.
David James Sundberg, 38, Duluth, Minnesota, pled guilty March 11 to a petty misdemeanor of traffic speeding 63/40. Fines and fees total $225.
Christopher Paton Czel, Minneapolis, Minnesota, pled guilty March 12 to a petty misdemeanor of traffic speeding 69/40 on February 16. Fines and fees total $285.
