Kathleen Eunice Gabrielsen, 77, Grand Marais, pled guilty January 28 to a petty misdemeanor charge of failing to stop for a school bus on November 18, 2019. Fines and fees total $185.

Jacob Samuel Serratt, 28, Grand Marais, pled guilty January 28 to a petty misdemeanor charge of failing to stop for a school bus on January 6. Fines and fees total $350.

Joel Kenneth Bonin, 28, Lutsen, pled guilty January 28 to a gross misdemeanor charge of driving while impaired in the third degree on December 22, 2019. Sentenced to two years supervised probation with conditions of required behavior, plus 30 days home monitor or 30 days Cook County jail confinement or one year ignition interlock restrictions. Local confinement (180 days) stayed for two years if all terms of probation are met. Fines and fees total $1660.

Mark Ryan Danielson, 45, Grand Marais, pled guilty July 9, 2018, to a gross misdemeanor charge of driving while impaired in the third degree (Schedule I or II controlled substance) on November 11, 2016. Convicted on August 13, 2018. Amended court decision January 28, 2020. Sentenced to two years supervised probation with conditions of required behavior, including 30 days home monitor or 30 days Cook County jail confinement or ignition interlock restrictions. Local confinement (180 days) stayed for two years if all conditions of probation are met. Fines and fees total $1090.

Caleb William Pedersen, 22, Two Harbors, Minnesota, pled guilty February 3 to a petty misdemeanor of traffic speeding 60/40 on December 26, 2019. Fines and fees total $225.
