Ryan Joseph Graham, 25, Overland Park, Kansas, pled guilty
Oct. 14 to speeding (75/50) on Aug. 9, and was fined $225.
Daino Jon Jouppi, 42, Grand Marais, pled guilty Aug. 26
to violation of an order for protection on May 24, and was
granted a stay of adjudication Oct. 14 and sentenced to one
year supervised probation with conditions, and ordered to pay
court costs of $300.
Merlin John Sherer, 43, Duluth, pled guilty Oct. 14 to charges
of driving after cancellation (inimical to public safety) and no
insurance (driver) filed July 18, the court having dismissed
additional charges of intent to escape tax, misdemeanor theft,
illegal possession or sale of hypodermic syringe/needle and
unlawful passing. Ordered to pay fines and court fees totaling
$505.
Sean Joseph Manahan, 21, Hermantown, pled guilty Oct.
12 to driving after revocation, and was fined $285.
Matthew Thomas Russett, 36, Minneapolis, pled guilty Oct.
12 to possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding (65/45)
on Sept. 27, and was fined $275.
Thomas Hank Farra, 29, Sparta, Wis., pled guilty Oct. 12 to
a DNR hunting violation (baiting bears) on Sept. 1, and was
fined $185.
Mars Oliver Basco Prado, 35, Shakopee, pled guilty Oct. 13
to speeding (80/55) on Oct. 3, and was fined $225.
Karl Johann Huss, 30, New Ulm, pled guilty Oct. 13 to speeding (79/55) on Oct. 5, and was fined $225.
Charles David Graham, 62, Eagan, pled guilty Oct. 15 to
felony charges of assault in the third degree filed Feb. 18, the
court having dismissed additional charges of domestic assault.
Granted a stay of adjudication and sentenced to three years
supervised probation with conditions, and ordered to pay
court costs of $1,000 plus restitution of $1,588.48.
Patrick Stephen Mitchell, 27, Silver Bay, pled guilty Oct. 15
to driving after suspension on Oct. 12, and was fined $285.
