Kathryn Angeline Legarde, 26, Grand Portage, pled guilty June 10 to charges of domestic assault filed March 6, the court having dismissed an additional charge of disorderly conduct. Sentenced to 90 days in jail and ordered to pay a $50 fine plus court costs and fees for a total of $260.
Mary Elizabeth Meshake, 43, Ontario, pled guilty May 13 to felony charges of possession of a narcotic drug other than heroin on March 16, and was granted a stay of adjudication of sentence on June 10 after serving three days in jail, placed on probation for two years and ordered to pay court costs of $2,000.
Marko Juhani Makinen, 50, Ontario, pled guilty June 10 to charges of DWI filed April 26, and was sentenced to 60 days in jail, stayed one year with probation and conditions, and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine plus court costs and fees for a total of $2,085.
Amber Leigh Juhl, 27, Silver Bay, pled guilty June 11 to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession/sale of a small amount of marijuana on April 1, and was fined $185.
