Christina Tess Nauman, 28, Gettysburg, S.D., pled guilty March 8 to speeding (65/55) and no Minnesota driver’s license on Feb. 17, and was fined $230.
Annette Marie Block-Valdivia, 53, no current address, pled guilty March 12 to charges of DWI filed Dec. 9, the court having dismissed additional charges of speeding (50/40) and possession of drugs. Sentenced to 180 days in jail, stayed two years with supervised probation and conditions and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine plus court costs and fees for a total of $1,090.
