Larry James Ankarlo, 41, no fixed address, pled guilty Dec. 28 to charges of theft and driving after revocation filed Oct. 22, and was sentenced to 30 days in jail, stayed six months with probation and conditions, and ordered to pay a $50 fine plus court costs and fees totaling $140.
Kyle Parker DeVoogd, 21, Dexter, Mich., pled guilty Jan. 2 to charges of failure to carry proof of annual periodic inspection on a commercial vehicle, and no Minnesota registration filed Nov. 6, and was fined $290.
Denis T. Lavoie, Ontario, pled guilty Jan. 2 to speeding (70/55) on Dec. 16, and was fined $150.
Nathan Conrad Doerflein, 29, Roseville, pled guilty Jan. 17 to charges of driving after suspension on Feb. 25, 2017, and was fined $290.
