Curtis Stephen Gagnon,
60, Grand Portage, pled guilty Feb. 17 to charges of DWI filed Nov. 21, the court having dismissed an additional similar charge. Sentenced to 120 days in the county jail, stayed two years with probation and conditions, and ordered to pay fines plus court costs totaling $615.
Jerry Thomas Runstrom,
62, Cloquet, pled guilty March 2 to charges of driving while intoxicated (DWI) and controlled substance violations filed June 19, the court having dismissed an additional charge of open bottle. Sentenced to 180 days in the county jail, stayed two years with probation and conditions, and ordered to pay fines plus court costs and fees totaling $590.
A Plymouth juvenile,
17, pled guilty Feb. 22 to charges of careless driving on Jan. 16, an additional charge of no driver’s license in possession having been dismissed by the court, and was fined $190.
Michael Alan Currie,
19, Thunder Bay, pled guilty Feb. 24 to charges of speeding (71/55) and minor possession of liquor filed Feb. 19, and was fined $250.
Shawn Robert Hackett,
18, Grand Portage, pled guilty March 3 to charges of speeding (65/55) on Feb. 10, and was fined $230.
Christopher Skildum,
25, Grand Marais, pled guilty March 3 to charges of interfering with an emergency call on July 10, the court having dismissed an additional charge of domestic assault. Sentenced to 180 days in jail, stayed two years with probation and conditions, and ordered to pay fines plus court costs totaling $140.
Jacob Tyler Kelahan,
19, Grand Marais, pled guilty Feb. 17 to charges of trespass filed Oct. 4, the court having dismissed an additional charge of damage to property. Sentenced to 90 days in the county jail, which may be satisfied through the Sentence–to–Serve program.
