Shilong Wang, 23, St. Paul, pled guilty Oct. 2 to speeding (70/55) on Sept. 3, and was fined $150.
Heather Lynn Westerberg, 30, Carlton, pled guilty Oct. 7 to charges of drug possession (over 1.4 grams of marijuana in a motor vehicle), unlawful passing, possession of drug paraphernalia and open bottle, and was fined $440.
Nor Arifah Binto Adbullah, 22, Minneapolis, pled guilty Oct. 12 to following too closely and speeding (65/40) on Oct. 8, and was fined $280.
Jah Deontray Culp, 35, Duluth, pled guilty Aug. 22 to charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol (DWI) on July 6, and was sentenced Oct. 10 to 60 days in jail, stayed one year with supervised probation and conditions, and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine plus court costs and fees for a total of $1,090.
Jammi Lynn Ladwig, 30, Minneapolis, pled guilty Oct. 12 to speeding (80/55) on Oct. 1, and was fined $230.
