Christopher John Houle, 41, Ashland, Wis., pled guilty April 25 to charges of driving while impaired in the second degree (DWI) filed Dec. 19, and was sentenced to one year in jail, stayed two years with supervised probation and ordered to pay a $50 fine plus court costs and fees for a total of $140.
Thomas David Kurschner, 53, Grand Marais, pled guilty April 25 to charges of driving while impaired in the third degree (DWI) filed Nov. 28, and was sentenced to one year in jail, stayed two years with supervised probation and conditions and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine plus court costs and fees for a total of $1,090.
Jonathan Lawrence Hedberg, 29, New Brighton, pled guilty April 25 to DNR charges of deer hunting violations (may not hunt with aid or use of bait) filed Nov. 23, and was fined $390.
Chad Ryan Priebe, 39, White Bear Lake, pled guilty April 27 to speeding (74/55) on April 15, and was fined $150.
Cheryl Lynn Steigerwald, 42, Lutsen, pled guilty April 26 to no Minnesota driver’s license (after 60 days residency) on March 13, and was fined $190.
Edward Jerome Ullman, 43, Grand Portage, pled guilty May 2 to charges of no proof of ownership and driving after revocation filed March 31, and was fined $490.
