Robert John Reidell, 24, Mendota Heights, pled guilty Jan. 29 to speeding (70/55) on Jan. 23, and was fined $150.
Jacek Babicz, 62, Grand Marais, pled guilty Feb. 8 to charges of disorderly conduct filed Sept. 19, and was sentenced to 60 days in jail, stayed one year with probation and conditions, and ordered to pay a $300 fine plus court costs and fees for a total of $390.
Christopher Michael Lavigne, 41, Grand Marais, pled guilty Feb. 8 to charges of driving while impaired (DWI) filed Jan. 23, and was sentenced to 60 days in jail, stayed one year with probation and conditions, and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine plus court costs and fees for a total of $1,090.
Cory Anthony Klingelhoets, 24, Maple Grove, pled not guilty May 11, 2015 to felony charges of test refusal filed March 17, 2015, and was convicted Jan. 26, the court having dismissed additional charges of driving after revocation and open bottle (possession). Sentenced to 42 months at the state correctional facility at St. Cloud and ordered to pay a $50 fine plus court costs and fees for a total of $140.
