Jadee Shawn Barber, 19, Grand Marais, pled guilty Nov. 23 to charges of under 21 drinking and driving, and no Minnesota driver’s license filed Oct. 11, the court having dismissed an additional charge of liquor consumption by persons under 21. Sentenced to 45 days in jail, stayed one year with probation and conditions, and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine plus court costs and fees for a total of $1,090.
Vinicius Moraes De Albuquerque, 21, Minneapolis, pled guilty Nov. 30 to speeding (79/55) on Nov. 20, and was fined $230.
