The Cook County News-Herald publishes Matters of Record to inform the public of arraignments and dispositions of criminal cases in which the potential punishment exceeds $150 and/or 10 days in jail. Katherine Marie Mueller, 40, Grand Marais, pled guilty Sept. 29 to charges of driving while impaired filed Aug. 6, and was sentenced to 180 days in jail, stayed two years with supervised probation and conditions, and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine plus court costs and fees for a total of $1,090.
Samantha Lynn Ronald, 20, Ontario, pled guilty Oct. 3 to speeding (74/55) on Aug. 4, and was fined $150.
Deborah Diane Horne, 42, St. Paul, pled guilty Oct. 2 to charges of driving an uninsured vehicle on Aug. 7, and was fined $290.
Maria Dolores Dimaculangan, 32, Golden Valley, pled guilty Oct. 10 to a DNR Fish & Game violation (take fish without a license) on Sept. 4, and was fined $190.
