David Paul Bruce Poirier, 32, Ontario, pled guilty Sept. 25 to speeding (71/55) on Aug. 25, and was fined $150.
Trevor Jason Boggs, 23, Ontario, pled guilty Sept. 25 to speeding (80/55) on Aug. 24, and was fined $230.
Juston Paul Bystrom, 31, Lutsen, pled guilty Sept. 28 to charges of theft ($500 or less) on Aug. 3, and was fined $300.
Katherine Marie Mueller, 40, Grand Marais, pled guilty Sept. 29 to charges of driving while impaired filed Aug. 6, the court having dismissed an additional charge of no proof of insurance. Sentenced to 180 days in jail, stayed two years with supervised probation and conditions, and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine plus court costs and fees for a total of $1,090.
Randy L. Thompson, 54, Bethalto, Ill., pled guilty Sept. 29 to charges of falsified entries in a log book, and was fined $390.
Yvonne Margo Block, 22, Grand Marais, pled guilty Sept. 26 to no proof of motor vehicle insurance on March 26, and was fined $290.
Thomas Scott Bushey, 51, Esko, pled guilty Sept. 28 to disorderly conduct (brawling or fighting) on June 25, and was sentenced to 30 days in jail, stayed one year with probation and conditions, and ordered to pay a $150 fine plus court costs and fees for a total of $240.
Ashley Renay Giering, 22, Ogilvie, pled guilty Sept. 28 to disorderly conduct (brawling or fighting) on July 8, and was sentenced to 30 days in jail, stayed one year with probation and conditions, and ordered to pay a $150 fine plus court costs and fees for a total of $240.
Alisha Kay Olson, 29, Dalbo, pled guilty Sept. 28 to disorderly conduct on July 30, and was sentenced to 30 days in jail, stayed one year with probation and conditions, and ordered to pay a $150 fine plus court costs and fees for a total of $240.
