Cheryl Ann Anishnabie, 47, Grand Portage, pled guilty Dec. 9 to charges of 5th degree assault filed Aug. 8, and was granted a stay of adjudication Jan. 13 with one year of supervised probation and conditions, and fined $100.
Kale Michael Boomer, 20, Grand Portage, pled guilty Jan. 14 to speeding (75/55) on Dec. 30, and was fined $230.
Thomas Alan Niebeling, 54, Chaska, pled guilty Jan. 23 to speeding (65/55) and no driver’s license in possession on Jan. 2, and was fined $150.
Roland John Higgins, 50, Solon Springs, Wis., pled guilty Jan. 28 to charges of speeding (70/55) and no proof of insurance filed Jan. 25, and was fined $350.
Vikki Lyn Tougas, Ontario, pled guilty Jan. 28 to speeding (79/55) on Jan. 10, and was fined $230.
Tamarie Oberg, 56, Grand Portage, pled guilty Jan. 21 to charges of driving while impaired (DWI) filed Jan. 20 and was sentenced to 60 days in jail, stayed one year with probation and conditions, and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine plus court costs and fees for a total of $1,090.
Jesse William MacDougall, 33, Ontario, pled guilty Feb. 3 to speeding (70/55) on Jan. 16, and was fined $150.
