Franklin Nicholas Manthey, 19, Duluth, pled guilty Oct. 14 to charges of carrying a pistol without a permit filed Sept. 28, 2013, and was sentenced to 365 days in jail, stayed two years with supervised probation and conditions and ordered to pay a $50 fine plus court costs and fees for a total of $140.
James Edward Stanford, 67, Hayward, Calif., pled guilty Oct. 17 to speeding (74/55) on Oct. 2, and was fined $150.
John E. Duggan, 66, Ontario, pled guilty Oct. 16 to speeding (59/40) on Sept. 15, and was fined $150.
