Gregory Matthew Carter, 24, Ontario, pled guilty May 8 to speeding (80/55) on April 6, the court having dismissed an additional charge of no Minnesota driver’s license, and was fined $230.
Brian Martin Hoven, 43, Excelsior, pled guilty March 10 to charges of careless driving filed Feb. 22, the court having dismissed additional charges of tampering with a motor vehicle and damage to property. Sentenced May 12 to 90 days in jail, stayed one year with unsupervised probation and conditions and ordered to pay a $200 fine, $3,000.06 restitution plus court costs and fees for a total of $3,290.60.
Marshall Robert Meyers, 20, Finland, pled guilty May 12 to charges of underage consumption of liquor and expiration of driver’s license filed Jan. 31, the court having dismissed additional charges of open bottle, possession of fictitious or altered driver’s license and possession of drugs/paraphernalia. Sentenced May 12 to 90 days in jail, stayed one year with supervised probation and conditions, and ordered to pay fines, costs and fees totaling $380.
