Matters of Record




The Cook County News-Herald publishes Matters of Record to inform the public of arraignments and dispositions of criminal cases in which the potential punishment exceeds $150 and/or 10 days in jail. It is the Cook County News-Herald’s policy that this information contains a complete record. Requests for items to be withheld will not be granted.

Adam Jay Spooner, 28, St. Louis Park, pled guilty April 2 to charges of speeding (79/55) on March 2, and was fined $230.

Nicholina Antoinetta Youroukos, 32, Ontario, pled guilty April 8 to charges of speeding (75/55) on March 15, and was fined $230.

Matthew James Hogan, 27, Fargo, N.D., pled guilty April 8 to charges of open bottle (passenger) on March 15, and was fined $190.

Terence Lee Holtz, 56, Darwin, pled guilty April 9 to charges of speeding (71/45) on March 22, and was fined $290.

Breyer W. McQuatters, 18, Grand Marais, pled guilty April 9 to charges of speeding (75/55) on March 10, and was fined $230.

Hayden James Goettl, 19, Lutsen, pled guilty April 9 to charges of speeding (72/55) on March 28, and was fined $150.

Jenna Marie Grace, 22, Ontario, pled guilty April 9 to charges of speeding (70/55) on March 12, and was fined $150.

Todd Wallace Carlson, 47, St. Louis Park, pled guilty April 14 to charges of driving while impaired (DWI) filed Dec. 14, the court having dismissed additional charges of open bottle. Sentenced to one year in jail, stayed two years with supervised probation and conditions, and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine plus court costs and fees for a total of $1,115.

Dawn Rachelle Stiernagle, 36, Tofte, pled guilty April 14 to charges of hit and run (failure to notify owner of property damage) on Feb. 14, and was fined $290.
