Ryan Thomas Bottger, 29, Grand Marais, pled guilty April 15, 2013 to charges of DWI filed Feb. 3, 2013, the court having dismissed an additional similar charge. Sentenced March 13, 2014 to one year in jail, stayed two years with supervised probation and conditions, and ordered to pay a $700 fine plus court costs and fees for a total of $815.
Arthur Esquega, 43, Ontario, pled guilty March 17 to speeding (75/55) on Jan. 31, and was fined $230.
Rafael de Vasconcellos Rodrigues, 24, Minneapolis, pled guilty March 17 to charges of driving after suspension and speeding (72/55) on Jan. 11, and was fined $350. Alfredo Tomasini, Ontario, pled guilty March 17 to speeding (73/55) on March 9, and was fined $150.
