The Cook County News-Herald publishes Matters of Record to inform the public of arraignments and dispositions of criminal cases in which the potential punishment exceeds $150 and/or 10 days in jail. It is the Cook County News-Herald’s policy that this information contains a complete record. Requests for items to be withheld will not be granted.
Jesse P. Brickner, 28, Cleveland, Ohio, pled guilty Feb. 28 to no proof of insurance on Dec. 29, 2009, and was fined $290.
Attilio Garro, 55, Ontario, pled guilty Feb. 28 speeding (70/55) on Feb. 14, and was fined $150.
Danilo Macedo, 26, Ontario, pled guilty March 5 to speeding (45/30) on Feb. 19, and was fined $150.
Victor Gene Aubid, 34, Grand Portage, pled guilty Feb. 10 to charges of driving while impaired filed Oct. 13. Sentenced March 11 to 180 days in jail, stayed two years with supervised probation and conditions, and ordered to pay a $500 fine plus court costs and fees for a total of $615.
Thomas Adam Stacy, 19, East Grand Forks, pled guilty Feb. 10 to charges of underage consumption of liquor and fleeing a police officer filed Aug. 4, and furnishing liquor to person(s) under 21 on June 12. Sentenced March 11 to 90 days in jail, stayed one year with supervised probation and conditions, and ordered to pay a $500 fine plus court costs and fees for a total of $590.
Oscar Ramos Martinez, 37, St. Paul, pled guilty March 14 to driving after cancellation on Dec. 10, and was fined $290.
