Lutsong Productions, LLC is pleased to announce its first annual event, the Lutsong Music Festival, to be held in Lutsen, Minnesota on Friday, July 15 through Sunday, July 17. Twelve acts are scheduled to play music during the three-day weekend at Caribou Highlands and North Shore Winery located on Ski Hill Road in Lutsen. In addition to great music, attendees can enjoy the art village, guitar demonstrations, food, and beverage while starting each day right with easy power yoga.

“We’re excited to announce the first annual Lutsong Music Festival which has been a dream of ours to produce,” stated Scott Schuler, co-founder of Lutsong Productions, LLC. “We’ve created this special three-day event to build a community around the festival and provide music lovers on the North Shore joy for many years to come.”

Attendees will enjoy an exciting music lineup, an art village, guitar demonstrations, a bronze pour demonstration, morning yoga, campfire jam sessions, and food by Caribou Highlands. The best part of the entire weekend is spending time with others of similar interests and getting to know other attendees.

“We selected musicians from Cook County, Minnesota, and Wisconsin for the first year,” says Molly Maher, co-founder of Lutsong Productions, LLC. “We believe this lineup offers a variety of musicians our guests may know and some new sounds to enjoy.”

The event begins on Friday, July 15 at 4 p.m. at Caribou Highlands with two musical acts and then the music moves to North Shore Winery’s outdoor stage for the evening. The first night features Chris Castino and Chicken Wire Empire with upbeat and lively bluegrass original tunes. Saturday music begins at 2 p.m. and moves again to North Shore Winery at 7:30 p.m., featuring the Erik Koskinen band, a regional favorite, playing killer Americana who never disappoints.
