This is the sixteenth year of repurposing great stuff at the Lutsen Lutheran Rummage Sale. Located in beautiful downtown Lutsen, the sale is always a fun gathering spot for locals and visitors. We are fortunate to benefit this year from several households which are downsizing or moving. That, along with loads of high-quality items that folks no longer need, creates a sale worth getting to. Count on finding tools, toys and sporting gear as well as housewares, linens, furniture and home decor. A newer section has local artisan creations, crafts and homemade goodies. Plus, the always popular caramel rolls and hot dogs!

This year the Silent Auction will offer five stunning original paintings by local artist Kathy Fox Weinberg. We’re also selling a boat and trailer, a utility trailer, and other big-ticket items yet to come.

Rummage Sale proceeds are always shared with other, local non-profits. This year’s proceeds are going to Care Partners, North Point Youth Center, and Lutsen Lutheran. Funds from past year’s sales total $77K, and we’re planning on our biggest year yet.

Equally as important as fund-raising and gathering the community is the fact that every year this sale recycles and repurposes quality stuff, keeping them out of the landfill. After the sale, local thrift shops also benefit by choosing any of the unsold items for their shops. Everyone is welcome to this fun event!
