Did someone say lutefisk?
Yes, it’s true–that bunch of Norsks, Swedes, and Finns down in Tofte is getting ready to serve the Scandinavian delicacy (?) for dinner at Zoar Church in Tofte on Saturday, Nov. 5, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
As usual, the cooks and bakers intend to prepare a splendid array of choices, including lutefisk with butter and/or white sauce, ham, boiled potatoes, vegetables, lefse, cranberries, beverages, and dessert. There will also be a raffle with beautiful prizes donated by various individuals and businesses. Mark your calendars now for a good traditional Scandinavian meal with friends.
