Productive conversations are conversations where you learn about the other person and find a way to move forward. In this course you will learn the key elements of effective communication. As a result, you will be able to communicate your perspective more clearly and to listen more fully. And, you will become more aware of your communication patterns and learn how to prepare for crucial conversations.
