Cook County Soil and Water Conservation District is hosting a landowner workshop on Tuesday, Feb. 19 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the Cook County courthouse commissioners’ room.
The workshop is designed to provide information on natural landscape design, trees/ forestry and small-scale stormwater management.
Following these few presentations, attendees will have an informal opportunity to take a map of their property and start to make a concept plan for their property with resource enthusiasts and professionals available to answer questions and offer ideas.
