Senior Katie Peck once again was named to the Girl’s Polar League Softball All Conference team.
Katie is a great all-around player. You can throw her into any position, and she can conquer it. She mainly played in the catching position this year, but also played a strong role as a pitcher and first baseman at times. Katie was the Vikings leader at the plate with a 0.562 batting average, 18 hits, and 1 home-run.
Next year Katie will compete in three sports, volleyball, basketball and softball at Mesabi Range College.
